Mark Ledwell is the managing partner of Gowling’s Toronto office and member of the firm’s management commitee. Prior to his current role, Mark served as managing partner of Gowlins’ London (UK)office and leader of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Service Group.

Mark has over thirty years experience as a lawyer in both Canada and the United Kingdom in the areas of banking and finace, and goverment relations. Mark has co-led a number of major transportation infrastracture developments in Canada and projects in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors.
