Ms. Hind Al Youha holds an active role in various national, regional and international forums on investment, trade and economy. Al Youha is a member in different committees such as the National Agenda Economy Pillar and the Investment Committee. Undertook major leadership roles at the Dubai Government: Department of Civil Aviation, Roads & Transport Authority, and Dubai Customs and currently in the capacity of Investment and Talent Attraction Director at UAE Ministry of Economy; with a passion of bringing in innovative global practices to shape the future economy.
Furthermore, Ms. Al Youha participated in the UAE’s economic strategic plan that is aligned with UAE’s Vision 2021. Combined with her federal experience, Al Youha has participated in the first economic policy and strategic plan of Dubai. Ms. Al Youha supervised the preparation and finalization of the 3rd Report of the UAE Trade Policy Review which was conducted by the World Trade Organization in 2016. Moreover, Ms. Al Youha took a remarkable part in raising awareness on the new amendments on the Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2020 of the Federal Law No. (2) of 2015 on Commercial Companies.
Alongside Ms. Hind Al Youha’s took part in the preparation of the UAE 50th Strategic Plan with a significant role in the economic and investment sector. Ms. Al Youha developed the Grow in UAE portal that presents a complete and comprehensive overview about the components of the investment eco system in the UAE, whether in main land or free zones, including the various incentives, priority sectors, and the most important indicators and the legislative environment of the UAE. In addition to developing the UAE Investment Incentives Guide which aims to achieve the highest levels of transparency by highlighting the most prominent incentives offered by the United Arab Emirates to the foreign investor, whether through the federal entities, local authorities and Free Zones in the UAE, in addition to the investment opportunities in each Emirate. Moreover, Al Youha holds a Masters in Project Management from Manchester University in Dubai and graduated from the United Arab Emirates Government Executive Leaders Program.
